Wellbeing Wednesday at Waterfoot!
As part of Children's Mental Health Week this term, all the children at Waterfoot had a wonderful day 'expressing themselves'! Children both in school and at home dressed in their favourite colour to make them feel good and enjoyed off screen activities involving the art, crafts, music, being active, mindfulness and the outdoors. Children in school enjoyed our new woodland area too! To continue to support the wellbeing of our children at Waterfoot during lockdown, Friday afternoons are now being used as a wellbeing afternoon to join our virtual awards assembly, catch up on tasks and enjoy off-screen activities.
