KS1 Sportshall Athletics Festival
Rossendale School Sports Partnership invited children from Waterfoot Primary School to take part in their KS1 Sportshall Athletics Festival earlier this month which was held at The Valley Leadership Academy. A selection of boys and girls from years 1 and 2 competed in the event which consisted of a series of multi-skill field and track events. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it was wonderful to see them encouraging each other and working as a team. Their behaviour was exemplary and they represented Waterfoot proudly. Well done to all the children who took part and a special thank you to the parents who came and supported the children.
