Key Stage 1 Author Visit
Retired primary school teacher turned author Diane Hull visited KS1 to share her amazing book "Be Happy to be You!" with our children. The book is about a little bird who is not happy with his life and compares his achievements with those of other animals. His mother tells him he should be proud of himself and
"Be Happy to Be You!"
Following Diane’s visit, the children explored why it is important to be ‘happy to be you’ instead of trying to be the same as everyone else.
