We listened to the story of Pentecost and then used our faces to show the emotions we thought the disciples might be feeling at certain points. The children gave reasons for their answers.
We created freeze frames of important parts of the story and then looked at PowerPoint which demonstrated how colour is used by artists to signify emotions. We listened to the story again and used colour cards to signify the disciples emotions. We then used fabric crayons to colour textile hands to represent positive emotions.
